End of 2014 the Belgian broadcaster Canvas commemorated World War I in Belgium with the program "12 minutes about peace". They broadcasted 12 one minute animation shorts . Our short Childplay was one out of the 12 selected shorts.

In Childplay the setting was changed from 1914 to 2014, but the message stayed the same: war and chaos can come from little things. The horrible scenes from history books were replaced by two joyful children fighting each other with water guns.
